We’re excited to announce and welcome the newest member of our team Doug Esteves to Parkview Financial. He has over 30 years of experience as a real estate investor and financier. Doug joins Parkview as a Senior Loan Originator and is responsible for the evaluation of lending and investment opportunities including acquisition, development, and repositioning of commercial real estate and land for development. He gained most of his vast experience in operational leadership positions as Director of Real Estate Finance for Bridge Financial Corp., and VP of Commercial Lending for USA Commercial Mortgage. Doug received his Bachelors Degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and holds a California Real Estate Broker license.
