Edith Petrovics is the Senior Director, Asset Management at Parkview Financial, based in the Los Angeles office. She is responsible for maximizing the financial performance and long-term value of Parkview’s real estate assets across the U.S., overseeing property operations, financial performance, capital projects, debt compliance, and strategic business plans in partnership with third-party property management teams.
She brings more than 14 years of experience in both commercial and multifamily real estate asset management. Most recently, she was Director of Asset Management at John Hancock / Manulife Investment Management, where she oversaw the U.S. West multifamily portfolio, along with several large office properties. Edith has also held Asset Management roles at BentallGreenOak and REITs Macerich and Regency Centers.
Edith holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University, a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College, and a certificate from Harvard University’s Real Estate Management Program.
Outside of work, she lives in Woodland Hills with her husband and enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, hiking, and arts and crafts. She is originally from Budapest, Hungary, and speaks Hungarian fluently, as well as Spanish and German.
